Refund Policy

We appreciate your support and want to ensure clarity when purchasing bottle packages online. Please review the following policy before making a purchase:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Online bottle packages are considered final sales once purchased.
  • Due to the nature of events and reservations, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after purchase.

2. Rescheduling & Credit

  • If you are unable to attend on the selected date, you may request to reschedule your package for a future date (subject to availability and management approval).
  • In certain cases, management may provide a credit toward a future reservation equal to the value of your unused package.

3. Event Cancellations by Venue

  • If Peppermint Hippo must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
  • A full credit toward a future bottle package, or
  • A refund back to the original form of payment (at management’s discretion).

4. Service Charges & Gratuity

  • All service fees, gratuity, and taxes included in online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduled packages will carry forward the same service terms.

5. Fraud & Chargebacks

  • Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be contested with evidence of purchase, and may result in denial of future reservations.
